Bedroom on the 1st floor (25 m²)
This 25 m² room offers a 160x190 cm bed or two separate 80x190 cm beds (to be specified when booking). It is furnished with a chest of drawers, bedside tables, a three-door wardrobe, a seating area with a sofa, a coffee table, and a Smart TV equipped with TNT, Netflix and Prime Video. You will also benefit from Wi-Fi, reversible air conditioning, a private shower room with walk-in shower, as well as a separate toilet. Perfect for two people or a couple with a child.
Towels, sheets, duvet and pillows are provided.
Soap and shampoo can be provided upon request.
A baby cot, high chair and changing mat are available free of charge upon request.
The rate includes breakfast.
Kitchen and Dining Room
Our rooms have access to a fully equipped shared kitchen, perfect for preparing your morning coffee or tea. It is equipped with a coffee pod machine, a fridge, a freezer, a 5-burner gas hob, an oven with grill function, a microwave, a juicer, a toaster, a kettle, kitchen scales, pie tins, as well as various pots and utensils.
For your meals, you can enjoy a shared dining room with tables, chairs and a television.
Terraces and Garden
Enjoy three terraces of 20 m² each, facing south and surrounded by greenery, to share with the other tenants. Each terrace is equipped with tables and chairs, which can accommodate up to 6 people, and a gas barbecue is at your disposal.
An above-ground swimming pool of 7x4 m, located to the southwest, is also shared with the other tenants. Naturally heated, it is equipped with a ladder for easy access, as well as sun loungers, deckchairs and parasols for your comfort.
A friendly garden furniture and relaxing chairs invite you to enjoy an aperitif in complete peace and to fully enjoy moments of relaxation.
A large, fully enclosed, south-west facing garden with trees offers you a peaceful and revitalizing setting.
Parking
Parking is available on site, shared between tenants, with approximately 5 spaces. It is also possible to park for free outside the site, approximately 100 meters away.
