Bedroom on the 1st floor (20 m²)
This spacious 20 m² room offers all the necessary comfort: a dressing room, a 140x190 cm bed, two bedside tables and a small table. You will also benefit from reversible air conditioning, a private shower room with toilet, as well as Wi-Fi and a television with TNT channels. Perfect for a stay for two.
Bed linen, towels, duvet and pillows are provided.
Soap and shampoo can be made available upon request.
A baby cot, high chair and changing mat are also available free of charge upon request.
The rate includes breakfast.
Kitchen and Dining Room
Our rooms offer access to a fully equipped shared kitchen, perfect for preparing your morning coffee or tea. You will find a pod coffee maker, a refrigerator, a freezer, a 5-burner gas hob, an oven with integrated grill, a microwave, a citrus press, a toaster, a kettle, kitchen scales, pie tins, as well as a wide selection of saucepans and utensils.
For your meals, a shared dining room is also at your disposal, equipped with tables, chairs and a television.
Terraces and Garden
Enjoy three terraces of 20 m² each, facing south and surrounded by greenery, to share with the other tenants. Each terrace is equipped with tables and chairs that can accommodate up to 6 people, with a plancha at your disposal for your moments of conviviality.
A 7x4 m above ground swimming pool, facing south-west, is also shared with the other tenants. Naturally heated, it is accessible via a ladder and surrounded by sun loungers, deckchairs and parasols for your comfort.
Relax in a welcoming garden lounge, with relaxing chairs, ideal for enjoying an aperitif in complete peace.
Finally, a large, enclosed, wooded garden facing south-west offers you a peaceful space to recharge your batteries.

A parking space is available on site, shared with other tenants (approximately 5 spaces). You also have the possibility to park for free outside, approximately 100 meters away
