Bedroom on the 1st floor (25 m²)
This 25 m² room allows you to choose between two single beds of 90x190 cm or a double bed of 180x190 cm (to be specified when booking). It is equipped with bedside tables, a two-door wardrobe, a small coffee table, as well as a smart TV with TNT, Netflix and Prime Video. You will also benefit from Wi-Fi, reversible air conditioning and a chest of drawers. The lounge area has a sofa, a coffee table and a television with TNT channels. The room has a private shower room and separate toilet, ideal for two people.
Towels, sheets, duvet and pillows are provided. Soap and shampoo are available on request. A baby cot can be provided free of charge on request.
The rate includes breakfast.
Kitchen and Dining Room
Our rooms have access to a fully equipped shared kitchen, where you can prepare your morning coffee or tea. The kitchen includes: a coffee pod machine, a fridge, a freezer, a 5-burner gas hob, an oven with integrated grill, a microwave, a juicer, a toaster, a kettle, kitchen scales, pie tins, various pots and pans and kitchen utensils.
For your meals, a shared dining room is at your disposal, equipped with tables and chairs, as well as a television.
Terraces and Garden
Enjoy three terraces of 20 m² each, facing south and fenced, shared with the other tenants. Each terrace is equipped with tables and chairs, accommodating up to 6 people. A barbecue and charcoal are also available.
An above ground swimming pool of 7x4 m, located to the south-west, is shared with the other tenants. It is naturally heated and has a ladder for easy access, as well as sun loungers and parasols.
A large, enclosed, south-west facing garden with trees guarantees you a peaceful space for your relaxation.
Parking
A parking space is available inside the site, shared with other tenants (approximately 5 spaces). It is also possible to park for free outside the site, approximately 100 m away.
