Bedroom on the 1st floor (20 m²)
This 20 m² room is equipped with a dressing room, a 140x190 cm bed, two bedside tables and a small table. You will also benefit from reversible air conditioning, a private shower room and toilet, as well as Wi-Fi and a television with TNT channels. Ideal for two people.
Towels, sheets, duvet and pillows are provided. Soap and shampoo can be provided on request. A baby cot is available free of charge on request. The rate includes breakfast for two people.

Kitchen and Dining Room
Our rooms have access to a fully equipped shared kitchen, ideal for preparing your morning coffee or tea. The kitchen includes: a pod coffee maker, a fridge, a freezer, a 5-burner gas hob, an oven with integrated grill, a microwave, a juicer, a toaster, a kettle, kitchen scales, pie tins, various pots and pans and kitchen utensils.
For your meals, a shared dining room is at your disposal, equipped with tables and chairs, as well as a television.
Terraces and Garden
Enjoy three terraces of 20 m² each, facing south and surrounded by greenery, shared with the other tenants. Each terrace has tables and chairs, which can accommodate up to 6 people. A barbecue and charcoal are also at your disposal.
An above ground swimming pool of 7x4 m, located to the south-west, is shared with the other tenants. It is naturally heated and has a ladder for access, as well as sun loungers, deckchairs and parasols.
A large, enclosed, south-west facing garden with trees guarantees you a peaceful space to relax.
Parking
A parking space is available inside the site, shared with other tenants (approximately 5 spaces). It is also possible to park for free outside the site, approximately 100 m away.
